The projected solution adapts to INCASOL's proposal for this particular lot that gives a differential character to the residential area and acts as a hinge with the rest of the lots arranged in a grid.

The constructive intervention has been accompanied by the intervention on the public space bordering the building, so that the whole itself exposes the character of this building.
