Residencial building in Sant Fruitós de Bages

The reference building is located on a plot of land between medians in the wider area of Sant Fruitós de Bages. Internally, it houses a functional program for two and three bedroom homes. The building is topped off with undercover spaces that, attached to the homes on the top floor, give them the character and function of a duplex.

The building has a basement intended for parking the neighbours' vehicles and, which is accessed via the communal staircase and lift. The entrance to this space is protected with fire doors to protect against a possible fire in the garage area.

The ground floor has been designed with housing, given the lack of or little market for premises in the area.

The building has an image that tries to stand out from the uniform and monotonous layout of the adjoining lots. Thus, white tribunes alternate with balconies, with an anthracite gray perimeter railing that contrasts with the volume and skin of the building. In this sense, the building's physiognomy is effectively different from that of the neighboring buildings.
