Ullastrell, Barcelona
Residential building that closes off a row of old houses in the historic center of the town. It features vertical windows and has an exterior treatment done with an SATE system.
It is a terraced multi-family building that ends a row of village houses in the old town of Ullastrell.
The building, which faces south and has excellent views over the surrounding farmland, has been designed with a modern idea, but at the same time, respectful of the adjacent urban plot.
On the other hand, vertical windows have been designed that make the most of the light and ventilation of the different outbuildings of the building's homes. With an exterior image that is not out of tune with the general appearance of the neighborhood.
The exterior treatment has been done with a SATE system and painted white, in order to emit as much radiation as possible and, at the same time, to form a neutral skin with respect to the treatments of the existing old houses.
Also, this building closes the building sequence between medians and with road alignment.
