Description
The drafting of the POUM is being promoted in Perafita to improve regulations, create an industrial area, organize residential zones, and secure spaces for facilities and green areas.
By municipal order, the urban planning of Perafita has been initiated based on the drafting of the Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) which must solve the shortcomings of the current Subsidiary Planning Norms, and must promote the development of an industrial zone, the arrangement of the half-built residential islands and the obtaining of land for municipal facilities, green areas and public parking lots.
These lines of action are collected as the backbone of the new planning, and allow Perafita to become a residential, quiet and complete place in terms of the offer of public spaces and buildings.
