Port and repair workshop in Premia de Mar

This preliminary project includes the guidelines for a multipurpose building in which the ground floor will be a boat repair shop and the ground floor will house six small apartments for the skippers of the boats who will be there while their boat is being repaired.

Projected with the characteristics of an industrial ship, the volumetric translation expresses the height of the ground floor compared to that of the first floor with the incorporation in this of a metal mesh with led lighting that gives it the nautical image of lighthouse.

Access to the building occurs through the area of the port of Premià de Mar separating the access of trailers with boats from the private vehicles of the apartment occupants.
