Description
Detached residence on a plot within a housing development. It employs a ventilated façade technique and is characterized by its white color, offering functionality and aesthetics.
It is an isolated single-family house on a plot of land in a conventional urbanization, and therefore very adjusted to its dimensions and regulatory requirements.
Even so, the good relationship with the owners and the fact that they were very clear about the home they wanted, made it easier to reach a commonly accepted constructive and functional solution.
The house has a ground floor basement which, in its first area, includes the garage and the rest, is left as a warehouse. From the garage area, which also has a toilet and the pool engine room, you leave it through an independent hall that leads to an internal staircase, which reaches in the hall of the house.
The rest of the functional program of the house is developed on the ground floor, which consists of a large dining room-living room-kitchen open to a porch, from which you can access the garden and the pool.
The rest of the space houses a bedroom-suite, two other bedrooms with bathrooms and a laundry and ironing room. The surfaces of the outbuildings as a whole give not only a comfortable use of the spaces, but also adapt to the will of the owners.
On the outside, the house is solved with the construction technique of the ventilated facade, with a global covering of the whole of it, based on a ceramic piece of the Frontek type. The roof has been designed as flat, with the inclusion of emergency overflows.
The white color of the house distinguishes it from the other neighboring houses, and contributes to a feeling of cleanliness and neutrality, which accompany the enjoyment of the house.
